OUR BONDED LEGACY
Come with us on a journey through
time and taste, back to March 3,
1897.
With the signing of the Bottled-
in-Bond Act—a consumer protection
law
passed by the U.S. government—
the quality and integrity of American
Whiskey was no longer left to chance.
It was a delicious guarantee.
Today, we honor that tradition with
every Bottled-in-Bond we craft,
ensuring that when you pour Old
Fitzgerald, you’re sharing a spirit
as
genuine as your welcome.
DIG INTO THE DETAILS
To wear the Bottled-in-Bond seal is to
meet the highest marks of
authenticity.
Both our 7-Year-Old and Decanter
Series proudly bear this
distinction. To
us, it’s not just a government standard.
It’s a testament to
the patience and
precision we put into every bottle. It
signals quality,
craftsmanship, and an
indulgence worth savoring.
Here’s what it takes.

Be distilled at the same distillery.
Consist of the same spirits and class of materials.
Be the product of one distilling season, Spring (January-June) or Fall (July-December).
Be stored at least four years in wooden containers in bonded government warehouses.
Be reduced in proof only by pure water.
Be bottled at exactly
100 proof.Â
Bear the name and number of the Distilled Spirits Plant (D.S.P.) where it was produced, and, if different, the D.S.P. number of the bottling facility.

SEASONAL ACCESSORIES
Hospitality thrives on thoughtful
details, and ours come in different hues.
Every bottle of Old Fitzgerald 7-Year-
Old and Decanter Series wears a neck
wrap that nods to its distillation season.
It’s a mark of transparency, a subtle
reminder of time and place, and a
conversation piece for your bar cart.
